Good Food, Good Music, Good Cause
July 13 – Our first Beach Bash on the private beach at Fourwinds Lakeside Inn on beautiful Lake Monroe – an evening concert party with great live music by Island Troy, delicious food, cash bar, and lakeside fun!
The Beach Bash kicks off the 60th anniversary celebration of the construction of Lake Monroe reservoir. Several local organizations will participate in events from July through October, highlighting the importance of Lake Monroe as the state’s largest inland lake, key drinking water source, regional economic driver, recreational destination, and critical wildlife habitat.

When: Saturday July 13, 2024 from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. It’s 5’o’clock somewhere…Beach will open at 5:00 p.m. with music starting around 5:30 p.m.
Where: Private Beach at Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina located at 9301 S Fairfax Rd, Bloomington, IN, 47401
Price: Individual Tickets are $60, Groups of 4 or More Tickets are $50/Each.
- BYO beach blanket or camp-style chairs.
- Cash bar – the bar will literally only accept CASH payment. There is an ATM inside the Inn.
- Have a Cheeseburger in Paradise…Your ticket includes a classic All-American Buffet with burgers, hotdogs, and sides.
- Lake Monroe is the largest inland lake in Indiana situated minutes away from Bloomington with plenty to do! Check out Visit Bloomington to plan your visit.
- Fourwinds is located within a State Recreation Area. The gate fee to enter the State Recreation Area will be waived – just mention you are attending this event at the Fourwinds.
- Proceeds benefit the Lake Monroe Water Fund.
- No outside food, beverages, or pets.
